Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) are intended to inform potential buyers or tenants about the energy performance of a building, so they can consider energy efficiency as part of their investment or business decision to buy or occupy that building. We specialise in providing all types of Energy Certificates including;
Domestic EPC's
These are a Legal requirement when selling your home, and are valid for three years. They can also be a stand alone Certificate when your property is let, and are valid for ten years.
Non Domestic EPC's
These are required when your commercial property is either sold, leased, let or siginificantly altered. This certificate is valid for ten years.
